We are thrilled to announce that our plans for three state-of-the-art residential towers, ranging between 12 to 14 storeys, have received approval, marking our fourth development in northern Sydney.
Our upcoming project, Macquarie Rise, situated in the prime location of 122 Herring Road, close to the Macquarie University Metro station, is set to introduce an additional 265 apartments to North Sydney. This multi-functional development will proudly stand atop a modern two-storey podium, incorporating both retail and office spaces.
In collaboration with our esteemed partners, the Baptist Union of NSW and Morling College, our collective vision is about to become a reality. Our previous ventures in the region, namely One Twenty Macquarie, Macquarie Green, and Macquarie Central, have successfully contributed nearly 1000 apartments to the local community over the past decade.
Macquarie Rise isn’t just about homes; it’s about lifestyle. Residents will have access to a range of luxury amenities, including a 20m lap pool, an exclusive club lounge equipped with work and study areas, a Pilates studio, a state-of-the-art gym, and a cinema room. Every inch of this development has been meticulously designed by the renowned Turner Studio architects and interior design provided by Stack Studio.
Our Managing Director, Allan Vidor, shared his insights on the recent developments: “We’ve observed a dynamic transformation in the demographics as the area transitions into a bustling urban hub, encapsulated by lush parklands. The evolving lifestyle preferences, especially among families opting for apartment living, stand testament to the value proposition we offer in terms of top-notch amenities, prime location, and unmatched lifestyle.”
Echoing our excitement, Reverend Steve Bartlett from the NSW Baptist Union, a long-standing pillar in the community, remarked, “Our continued alliance with TOGA, especially after the triumphant culmination of 120 Macquarie, is a testament to our shared values and vision. The endorsement of Macquarie Rise signifies a pivotal advancement in our Macquarie Park campus journey.”
We are eagerly looking forward to initiating the construction of Macquarie Rise by mid-2024, with an anticipated completion by the close of 2026.
