*The Stamp Duty Savings Offer is available to eligible Australian citizens and permanent residents only, purchasing selected residences at Macquarie Rise in an individual capacity. The Offer is provided by way of a discount to the purchase price at the time of sale and does not constitute the payment, reimbursement, rebate, refund or waiver of any stamp duty liability, which remains the responsibility of the Purchaser. The value of the discount is determined by the Developer and is intended to reflect the indicative applicable stamp duty amount (calculated based on the purchase price at the time of contract preparation) but does not represent a guarantee of the amount of actual stamp duty payable. The Purchaser acknowledges that the actual stamp duty payable may differ from the value of the offer. The Offer is not available to foreign purchasers, temporary residents or purchasing entities. The Offer is available to new purchasers only and is subject to eligibility criteria, contract conditions and Developer approval. The Purchaser acknowledges that it should seek its own financial and/or taxation advice before accepting the offer and that the Developer makes no representation as to the amount of stamp duty payable or eligibility for any government concessions.
